Red hair twin WIP 2

In January I started to sculpt the first part of the Red Hair Twin project (picture below) with the first twin named Karmun. So now it is time to add the second character, her sister named Ottya. In the following pictures I’ll show you my process and the differents elements I added to the character.

For Ottya I chose to have her back leaning on the gas pump so the gas pump acts as a link between the 2 characters. I also went for a pose that would make her say “boom, I shoot you” but without using an actual gun but her hand instead.

At this stage, I do not work on facial expressions so it is just a neutral one.

From here I added the main parts, starting with the boots, the upper belts, and the hair with glasses.

I also added shoe laces.

Adding the pants and knees protections.

Adding the belts and some cloth on the gun.

I added some bags that reinforce the storytelling of a young nomadic woman.

Finally, some locks of hair were added, and here is the result at this stage.

The goal was to put the main features to see the different volumes without worrying about details or the thickness of the clothes.
